Description
Upgraded the procurement portal beyond the basic process and recreated the entire experience to guide users to the best choices in the least amount of time. Applying innovations within SAP procurement software that allowed:
- Rethinking of the experience to get the process out of the way – Removed irrelevant areas that could distract the users and improved the buying experience while incorporating intelligent reporting do more of the work for the team.
- Linked all spend categories together– allowed the organisation to tackle direct, indirect, and services spending in every market, whilst managing it all in one place
- Created deeper, dynamic collaboration, end to end – Removed barriers between the organizations teams and trading partners to securely share data, get insights, and manage workflow for a more efficient procurement process and greater cost control.
