Description
Enabled Mobile Assessments through integration with SAP Training management solution which supported planning and administrating courses, determining demand from pre-bookings (via managers or staff or volunteers/volunteers self-nomination), transferring course qualifications to staff or volunteers/volunteer records.
The solution via a learning portal:
- introduces one online learning system for all members
- allows users to see courses both locally and across the state
- enables learners to nominate themselves for courses
- allows all users to participate in eLearning
- allows Unit Management Teams to nominate users for courses and assess users’ self-nominations
- allows Unit Management Teams (UMT) to schedule and manage courses for their unit.
